About the Role As the Multi-Site Coordinator (MSC) you oversee transport operations for multiple locations across regional NSW. This includes administering operations, scheduling drivers and vehicles, and managing a team of staff and volunteers to ensure outstanding customer service.
Some key accountabilities of the role include: Manage the coordination of transport services to match the needs of our customers and carers.Actively promote increased use of transport services including Community Transport, NDIS funded transport, Commonwealth funded transport, and commercial contracts.Support your team to deliver safe, affordable and efficient transport services to local communities.Develop and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders including Transport for NSW.Use our Transport Management Systems to track and report on transport activities.What LiveBetter needs from you We would love to hear from you if you have the skills and passion to enable people in regional NSW to get to the places, appointments and people they value.
