Data Access Project Manager - BNP Paribas Position PurposeLead the Client Implementation Stream of the Stuart Global Program, reporting into the overarching Global Stuart Program and supporting the stream leads of the client Implementation Stream.The PM Client Implementation will have to establish, oversee & run the full Client Implementation Stream, including:The internal governance of the different underlying streams: Operational readiness (under local lead with global accountability in Paris) Solution readiness (under Partner lead and accountability based in Paris) Client readiness (under APAC lead with APAC accountability in Singapore) The relevant client governances The overarching governance of the stream Feeding the necessary information up to the program In order to facilitate discussions with the program as well as with the rest of Europe and India, we are looking for someone that can work SG or Indian hours (in order to have at least 1/2 a day overlap).ResponsibilitiesThe appointed PM will need to drive the migrations/onboarding themselves:Pull together the run book The go/no go criteria Follow-up on the go/no go Prepare and run the swats across all involved parties (Clients, BNPP & NX) The PM key responsibilities include:Be accountable and responsible for stream deliverables, plan and budget Set-up & run appropriate project monitoring tools and governances that enable to follow progress/issues & risks for the overall stream and the underlying ones Report progress issues & risks to the program manager, on a timely basis and seek assistance on cross-stream topics Steer the stream community and identify relevant key contributors to the stream Liaise with key contributors & sponsors on a regular basis Be accountable for the success of the implementation of the solution as per the agreed timeline from Client perspective Mobilize and manage engagement/involvement of IT contributors and IT vendors Manage client onboarding, governance, commitment, roadmap, communication and negotiation, acceptance and go live validation (i.e., onboarding runbook, go no-go and swat) Technical & Behavioral CompetenciesCapability to undertake detailed analysis and to formalize documentation to support the program Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority Clear ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively at all levels and across functions including with external parties and clients Analytical capability and ability to formalize and provide high standard outcomes and reports Creative and "outside the box" thinking Engage with Senior stakeholders Data management / data model Very good knowledge of Program Management Other/Specific Qualifications (if required)Data management, financial services experience preferably for asset owners/asset managers, ESG exposure About BNP PARIBASAs the leading European Union bank, and one of the world's largest financial institutions with an uninterrupted presence in the region since 1860, BNP Paribas offers a wide range of financial services for corporate, institutional and private investors spanning corporate and institutional banking, wealth management, asset management and insurance.We passionately embrace diversity and are committed to fostering an inclusive workplace where all employees are valued and encourage applicants of all backgrounds, including diversity of origin, age, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, and applicants who may be living with a disability.
