As a part of the Technology team, you get the opportunity to work through complex, challenging, meaningful problems using large data sets and new technologies to expand your skills and experience.About the roleWe have an exciting opportunity for a Portfolio Change Manager to join the Technology Delivery function in a Permanent and Full-Time capacity, reporting into our Change Practice Lead (Technology).The focus of this role is to deliver people dependent ROI on various products and services released by the Data Intelligence portfolio which includes monitoring & observability capabilities, technology solutions, AI driven solutions and more.In this role, you can expect to:Lead change impact assessments in collaboration with all relevant stakeholders in assessing gaps in capability, process, controls, and risks.Develop and apply the principles, processes, behaviours, and skills to effectively identify and manage change, and support others through it.Develop and execute change communication strategies and approach.Conduct training needs analysis, develop training/learning approach and execute training.Ensure business change impacts are understood and change risks are effectively mitigated.Facilitate with project team to execute change management deliverables and needs.Develop and implement change management strategies to support user system change adoption on priority projects.Monitor project key change delivery and report status to the relevant Steering Committee/s.Identify and plan for change related mitigations/resolutions in conjunction with Program Leaders.About you and your skills:Having demonstrated experience as a Senior Change Manager in a technology function will be crucial for this.You will have in your toolkit:Minimum 10-12 years of experience in change lead role managing portfolio of multiple technology projects.Experience in design and delivery of practical and outcomes focused approach for large scale Technology changes.Demonstrated ability to work effectively at all levels, particularly senior and executive, in an organization across multiple projects.PROSCI professional change management certification or equivalent is essential and a must have.Able to create Single View of Change for the allocated portfolio projects and utilise the heatmap of impact across business teams, vendors, customers to help drive change portfolio decisions whilst integrating impacts with other Technology portfolios.Strengths in advocating the use of project and change management disciplines across all stages of the project lifecycles whilst easily adapting to changing priorities.Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal.What’s in it for you?Flexible working options: We know that work is only one part of your life, so we actively encourage a positive work-life balance and provide hybrid working options to help you achieve it.Office perks: Take advantage of our gym facility and fitness classes, free parking, BBQ area, mini-Coles supermarket, fooderie hub where you can sample new products before they hit the shelves, school holiday program and so much more when you come in.Discounts: Eligible team members receive 5% discount all year round on your Supermarket and Liquor online and in-store purchases.
