We offer a variety of services including; Road Freight, 3PL (Warehousing and Distribution) National Linehaul Services, Air Freight and Contracted logistics (Taxi Truck) in every state of Australia.The Role:Due to ongoing business growth we have an opportunity for a full-time CAR LICENCE Driver of company Van - 2Tonne LWB vehicle to service Melbourne metro. Our ideal candidate will be a confident team player, who is not afraid to roll their sleeves up and assist across depot operations. Your day will consist of delivering freight that arrived from other states and pick up freight to be delivered interstate. It is imperative that all freight has been checked, allocated and delivered in full and on time. Qualifications & experience
Car Drivers license
Forklift ticket preferred
Multi drop exp. in a similar company (minimum 12 months)
Tasks & responsibilitiesHave a good knowledge of Melbourne metro
Be a dynamic person, a self-starter who enjoys fast pace work
Enjoy an even mix of team work and independent activity
Perform 10 - 20 pick up and deliveries a day
Safely operate and conduct vehicle checks of your vehicle
Return all freight, runsheets/items/pallet documentation back to operations office.
Assist with warehouse operational tasks when required
Take pride in their own appearance and the business they represent
