Fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing manufacturing operation Permanent - Immediate start Monday to Friday - 38 hour week 5 years HR experience Edinburgh location The company: A dynamic and growing company passionate about providing electrical and telecommunications solutions to their clients The person: You have a strong operational HR foundation and are experienced and knowledgeable in a broad range of HR initiatives including recruitment, Australian employment legislation and industrial relations, employee relations, performance management, specialised training etc. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Partnering with business leaders to identify workforce needs, implement talent acquisition strategies etc Driving succession planning, and career development initiatives and supporting performance management processes Providing advice on employee relations matters and ensuring compliance with Australian employment laws, modern awards, EA's etc Designing and delivering training programs and supporting continuous learning and professional growth Providing advice and support across all HR disciplines Driving and supporting change initiatives and liaising with cross-functional teams on HR-related projects Key skills and experience required: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field 5 years experience in HR; ideally manufacturing or industrial environment Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and industrial relations frameworks; experience working with Unions You display confidence, are self-driven and results-focused and enjoyed working in a fast-paced environment Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels Strong communication and organisational skills, both written and verbal If you are seeking your next challenge - please apply We request that candidates have full Australian working rights
