Job Title: Workers' Compensation / Return to Work Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated Workers' Compensation / Return to Work Coordinator to manage claims, support injured workers, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage Workers' Compensation Claims: Oversee the complete claims process, including reporting, investigation, and tracking, while maintaining accurate records and compliance.
* Develop Progressive Return to Work Plans: Liaise with business unit managers and develop plans nationally.
* Employee Support: Act as the primary contact for injured employees, providing guidance, coordinating medical appointments, and monitoring recovery progress.
* Stakeholder Partnership: Work closely with HR, supervisors, insurance providers, healthcare professionals, and legal advisors to ensure effective claim resolution and communication.
* Promote Safety and Prevention: Support safety programs, analyze claims data to identify trends, and recommend improvements to reduce workplace injuries.
* Stay Informed and Compliant: Keep up-to-date with workers' compensation laws and suggest policy updates to align with regulatory changes.
About You:

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Desirable: Experience in workers' compensation administration or a related role. Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare processes is advantageous.
