About the Opportunity
We are seeking a suitably qualified RN/M2C Clinical Nurse/Midwife to join our Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) – Consultation Liaison Service team in a full-time ongoing/permanent role.
CAMHS Clinical Nurse/Midwife Duties
* Provide nursing and/or midwifery services in various health service settings, developing from competent to proficient practitioners.
* Accept accountability for practice standards, activities delegated to others, and the guidance and development of less experienced staff.
* Develop experience and understanding of the particular requirements of the hospital context and its impact on direct patient care and the provision of inpatient and outpatient consultation/liaison and therapeutic interventions.
About You
* You should have demonstrated ability to relate to people from diverse cultural and social backgrounds.
* Demonstrated commitment to providing quality client-centred service to patients.
* Registered Nurse with at least 3 years, full-time equivalent, post-registration experience.
* The development of appropriate care plans, in collaboration with colleagues, consumers, and families.
