We are looking for experienced Sales Professionals to join our teams located across our sales offices including Cobblebank, Werribee and Wollert. Providing an exceptional customer experience throughout the buying process from lead to completion, ensuring your customer needs are met whilst delivering against your sales targets.

What are we looking for?
4. Land or residential home sales experience within the property industry, such as builder/developer
5. You work well to deadlines and have strong self-management, but can also work under direction when required
6. A customer focus is what drives you, experience building and maintaining customer relationships – you truly understand delivering outstanding service and being the customer advocate and an ambassador for Stockland
7. Great with technology, you can pick up new systems easily – if you have experience with Salesforce, even better, but we are happy to train you with this
8. You are open to learning and looking to establish yourself in a longer-term career
9. You will need to have your own reliable transport and clean full drivers’ license
10. Flexibility to work, 5-day week/weekend role
11. Exposure to contract and legal administration is advantageous
12. Agents Representative Certificate or Certificate IV Real Estate Practice
