They have an exciting opening for a HR Lead to join their team on a one year contract. DescriptionReporting to the Head of HR, your duties will include, but not limited to; Offering Generalist HR guidance and support to internal stakeholders Assisting with talent and attraction strategy development and execution Recruitment and onboarding of new starters Support the management team with policy and procedure development Employee Relations; resolving issues, conflicts, driving best practice and conducting internal investigations Assisting the wider business with general HR queries and requests Develop and maintain relationships with all key stakeholders Interpret all relevant modern awards, enterprise agreements, legislation and regulations ProfileAs an ideal applicant, you will have; Previous experience within a similar capacity Proven transactional generalist experience, with a dedicated focus on ER, Onboarding and developing internal policies and frameworks Outstanding organisation skills and attention to detail Tertiary qualified, ideally within Human Resources Outstanding communication style and ability Excellent use of own initiative Intermediate to advanced MS Office suite skills Opportunity Established team with longevity and welcoming culture Outstanding leadership team Competitive salary package Immediate start preferred If you're well suited to the opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.
