The Company

4. With projects typically ranging from $30M to $200Mprimarily in residential but with select commercial venturesthe company has secured contracts extending through 2026, ensuring stability and job security for its team.
Position Overview
In this role, youll work closely with the Project Manager and site team to manage all aspects of contract administration. Responsibilities include pricing, scoping trade packages, contract letting, progress claims, variations, cost reporting, and project closeout. Based on-site, youll gain valuable hands-on experience under the guidance of the Project Manager and Senior CA.
Salary will be based on experience, with an expected range of $140K$180K.
Duties & Responsibilities
5. Support the project team in administering contracts throughout the project lifecycle
6. Assist with project establishment, procurement, delivery, commissioning, and handover
7. Prepare, review, and manage contractual proposals for trade packages
8. Focus on managing variations and monthly payments
9. Track project expenditure against budget
10. Administer the head contract alongside the Project Manager and Sr CA
Key Requirements & Skills
11. Degree in Construction or Engineering
12. Experience with a tier-one or tier-two builder on commercial projects over $10M
13. Strong negotiation skills
14. Proficient in Cheops and other relevant software
