Where the team fits in
The Customer 360 tribe is a platform team that supports our customers across all core markets as they do business with REA. The team is responsible for providing critical capabilities which support multiple product and customer-facing teams across our core markets (Residential, Commercial, Developer, and Media). This includes contract and product management, customer lifecycle management, and our CRM platform (Salesforce) which is used by our Sales, Marketing, Customer Operations, and Success teams as they support customers.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead our data transformation program. The successful candidate will play a critical role in uplifting our customer data to enable seamless customer experiences across digital, sales, success, and support channels. This includes overseeing the integration and centralisation of disparate customer data across multiple systems and creation of self-service experiences in our customer experience platform.
What The Role Is All About
Lead the customer data transformation program, Customer First, developing and managing scope, discovery, the product roadmap, including horizons, milestones, and outcomes.
Build close partnerships with our key internal stakeholder groups, understand their strategic goals, customer needs, and constraints.
Work closely with architecture and engineering to deliver an uplifted customer experience and ensure seamless integration across all systems and touchpoints.
Establish and enforce best practices for data accuracy, consistency, and security.
Facilitate communication and coordination between teams to address challenges and leverage opportunities.
Provide regular updates to leadership on program status, OKR tracking, and strategic insights.
Shape stakeholder goals and products toward the capabilities and architecture of the platform so that they can make the most of it.
Contribute to the Customer 360 tribe strategy by participating in the tribe leadership team.
Who We’re Looking For
Someone with a few runs on the board - Product Management / Product Development or equivalent experience.
Excellent presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated experience managing large, complex programs of work and delivering value incrementally to customers and the business.
Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and a passion for using data to drive business decisions.
Good understanding of data architecture principles, data integration techniques, and data governance frameworks.
Should bring a growth mindset, exhibit resilience and appreciate how change can be enacted in a large organisation.
Work productively in a fast-paced and agile environment.
