We have a great opportunity for an experienced Cook/Chef to join our resort team at our award-winning Palm Lake Resort - Bargara. This is a Permanent-Part time position guaranteeing 30 hours per week, on a Tuesday to Friday roster. A great opportunity for a passionate cook who is committed to the preparation and presentation of meals that will exceed our homeowners' expectations.

Responsibilities:
* Menu design and implementation;
* Maintain a strong focus on food safety standards;
* Prepare, cook and serve food including lunch, dinner, and desserts;
* Ordering and receiving stock;
* Cleaning of kitchen facilities.
Ideally, you will have:
* Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or relevant trade qualifications or equivalent skills from previous experience;
* Current Food Handling Supervisor certification is essential;
* Relevant experience in food preparation, baking, and serving for relevant numbers;
* The drive and motivation to provide outstanding food quality whilst balancing dietary requirements;
* A high standard of presentation, hygiene, and grooming.
