There are currently 7 vacancies for Technical Delivery Managers for one of our Federal Government clients that we are seeking to fill.The Technical Delivery Managers will work in product-focused teams to deliver end-to-end services and to support them in production. As a Technical Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of technical projects and services including overseeing the technical execution, managing technical teams, and ensuring the timely delivery of the project in alignment with business objectives.Key duties may include, but are not limited to: Identify key business objectives and provide solution recommendations while performing business processes and management consulting analysis.Manage scope of projects from inception to closure.Define, develop and manage implementation schedules and project budgets.Coordinate resources, prepare project teams for kick-off and ensure effective completion of project milestones, control project scope and mitigate risks.Ensure project consultants are delivering to configuration, development, and methodology standards.Ensure delivery processes are efficient and cost-effective.Provide technical direction and leadership.Ensure technical teams adhere to industry best practices, standards, and methodologies.Lead and manage technical teams including developers, engineers, and other technical professionals.Identify and manage risks related to the technical delivery.Provide technical expertise and support teams to solve complex technical challenges.Mandatory Criteria Minimum 3+ years experience in the following areas:Experience and knowledge in delivering Cyber Security and assurance projects, including managing project scope, schedule, budget constraints, and providing support to clear issues blocking delivery.Significant knowledge and experience implementing the Australian Signals Directorate (ASD) Essential Eight and the applicable Information Security Manual controls to achieve Maturity Level One in a complex ICT Environment.And/or Significant knowledge and experience implementing the Microsoft 365 product suite or similar digital transformation projects in a complex ICT Environment.
