About the Role:
1. Deliver vehicles to clients, ensuring timely and efficient service.
2. Provide top-notch customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
3. Assist with the coordination of vehicle logistics, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
4. Prepare cars for hire, including thorough detailing of the vehicle's interior and exterior.
5. Assist with the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they have all the information and support they need.
6. Enjoy the thrill of driving a variety of high-quality vehicles!
About You:
1. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (Essential).
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
3. Ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and thrive in a team-based environment.
4. Ordinary hours vary between 7:00am-9:00pm Monday-Friday with 8-hour shifts. Must be available for weekend and after-hours call-outs if needed.
