The position:We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our firm and will provide administrative support across the organization. The Receptionist will handle the flow of people through the business and ensure that all receptionist responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.The role would suit:
a law student looking to work in the industry whilst they study;
a person looking to commence their career in administration; or
an experienced receptionist with a love for customer service.

Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook)
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and file open/closures
What qualities you should have:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. printers)
Professional attitude and appearance
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Excellent organizational skills
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
