Purpose of the role
Getting the business to run more efficiently enables everyone in the organization to get things done better and faster.
As the Operations Administrative Specialist, you'll be part of a dedicated team that will ensure processes are as good as they can be, improving the running of all areas of the business, from operational efficiency, to organisational culture and performance; enabling a more productive, and effective running of the business.
You'll be great at organising yourself and the work that needs to be done and be our hands-on support across the operations function, helping with the documentation and set-up of our current systems, whilst showcasing high attention to detail.
Your role is pivotal in helping facilitate the optimisation of our business and empowering us to do things in a better and more data driven way.
Team
Reporting to the Senior Operations Specialist, you will support in improving all areas of the business including finance, IT, administration, TA, HR and consultancy.
We collaborate closely with all these teams to ensure all things Operations, as smoothly as possible.
You will also have the close support of the Head of Operations who will provide oversight and guidance, working collaboratively with you and your lead to achieve our organization's goals effectively.

As the Operations Administrative Specialist at Laminar Projects, you'll bring organisational and problem-solving skills as well as exceptional attention to detail; understanding how information circulates around a company and ensuring that we have the right support to run our current processes and systems across the business whilst constantly looking for improvement opportunities.
Process Initiation: Support the initiation of consultancy projects and ensure all the relevant documentation and processes are availableProcess Improvement: Identify operational inefficiencies and champion a culture of relentless pursuit of excellence and continuous improvement.Administrative support: Ensure that all of our documentation is stored correctly and can be easily accessed when required.Your Capabilities
