We have an opportunity for a Head of Property Management, Logistics to join our Investment Management team.
This is a contract covering parental leave until July 2026.
The Opportunity - About the Role The Head of Property Management provides leadership to the national Logistics portfolio team and key stakeholders to ensure exceptional management of the portfolio including tenant experience and operational services, income and expenditure, safety and ESG, as well as contributing to building a high performance and collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Management: Maximize asset performance and execute sustainable investment strategies.
Team Leadership: Engage and motivate multiple teams and stakeholders.
Governance and reporting: Ensure compliance with risk, audit, legislative and reporting requirements.
Financial Management: Maximize Net Operating Income and manage expenses.
Asset Strategy: Contribute to asset strategies and masterplan feasibility reviews.
Leasing: Collaborate with Investment Managers to deliver leasing strategy Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with partners and stakeholders.
Sustainability: Embed sustainability initiatives across the portfolio.
Process and system optimisation: Solution focussed "can-do" attitude to deliver improvement About You We are looking for an energetic, proactive and engaging leader to lead our National team of Asset Managers, Property Manager and facilities management.
To be successful in this role you will bring: Experience: Senior management and logistics asset management expertise.
Skills: Strong understanding of property management system process and financial reporting requirements.
