We are seeking a highly motivated individual to work with us as the first point of contact for our valued patients. You will have previous experience in administration, with prior experience in healthcare being advantageous.
You will possess excellent communication and organizational skills and be dedicated to making a positive impact on our community.

What your day will look like:
4. You will be the first point of contact for patients and provide them with exceptional customer service.
5. You will book medical exams and appointments for patients, providing further information when required.
6. You will manage patient records and update relevant information as needed.
7. You will manage Medicare billing and banking with the assistance of the team.
