The Homefinder role is designed to fulfil multiple roles within an agency, but also provide sales applicants, not quite ready for sales but with great long term potential, a clear pathway into a real estate sales career.
The role and the respective tasks for each can be broken up as follows:
Primary Responsibilities:
Working under the direction of the sales manager to find new business opportunities through an array of prospecting methods. Focussed on finding home sellers you will also be looking for property management opportunities with investors. Support Responsibilities:
Arrange, attend and report on post contract inspections (i.e. Building Inspections, Bank Valuations, Pre-Settlement Inspections).Liaise where appropriate with Sign Installers and Professional PhotographerAdd Sold SignsHelp to host Open for InspectionsBack up team members for One-on-One Buyer inspections (when appropriate) You will be using prospecting sources of the company's database and our target residential areas. You will be required to set listing appointments for the sales team based upon your prospecting efforts.
You will build and develop your own Personal Marketplace of contacts for your future as a Real Estate Agent. Having or studying for a real estate licence is not essential but would be favourable.
