Join our client's team as a PC Rollout Technician, where you will play a crucial role in supporting the IT infrastructure of a vital emergency service agency. This contract will see you based in Wollongong and be prepared to travel to sites in the Wollongong/ South Coast and Goulburn areas, rolling out and deploying PC's to sites.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and facilitate the rollout of new PC equipment across various sites. Perform installations, configurations, and upgrades of hardware and software. Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support to staff during the rollout process. Work closely with the IT team to ensure minimal disruption to services during installations. Maintain accurate records of hardware inventory and deployment activities. Valid NSW drivers licence – a car will be provided. Ability to upgrade from Win 10 to 11, install Intune and perform basic troubleshooting skills, along with a proactive approach to handling technical issues.
