The role| We are recruiting for multiple roles to join our small close-knit team in our Perth office.You will need to provide both accurate and timely support to the team and our clients, you will be a career driven person, with keen attention to detail who has excellent communication and time management skills.
Duties| Assistant Tenement Manage Providing administrative and billing support to the business Preparation and lodgement of submissions to Government departments Completing tenure compliance requirements Opportunity to learn tenement management and advance through the ranks Tenement Manager / Senior Tenement Manager Applications for grant, renewal, and transfer of mineral tenements.
Preparation and lodgement of exploration reports, technical reports, expenditure reports and MRF reports.
Strategic advice on mineral tenements.
Point of contact with government and other stakeholders throughout the tenement life cycle.
Compliance management and management of ancillary approvals and permits.
Ground monitoring to gain access to available ground.
Conducting tenement due diligence reviews and preparation of reports Warden's Court objections management and acting as agent in the Warden's Court Native Title objection management Our requirements|Essential (all roles) Accuracy and attention to detail Strong organisation skills and be able to manage multiple tasks Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Good interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and internal staff The ability to work well within a team environment Intermediate to advanced computer skills across Microsoft office suite Essential (Senior Tenement Manager) Relevant tertiary qualification or significant experience in similar role (5+ years) What we offer Salary commensurate with experience Opportunity for career development and advancement Training Flexibility with opportunity for hybrid work What you need to do If this sounds like the opportunity for you, please apply via the link below.
