About the role Due to sustained growth, an opportunity has been created for a motivated, up-and-coming Level 2 IT Support Technician. Some of the key tasks will include: •50% office IT support work- 50% in the field (Sydney Metro area) •Providing level 2 technical support; •Conduct scheduled onsite visits; •Complete escalated support tasks; •Update clients on the progress of issues; •Autonomous work - organize your own day. About YOU •Very approachable and excellent at interacting with people; •Great time management skills; •Friendly and outgoing nature; •2-3 years of IT helpdesk experience; •Knowledge and experience with Citrix and Active Directory; •MSP background is highly regarded; •Field service experience is ideal but not mandatory; •Experience in Level 1 and 2 IT Support.
