Key Responsibilities Objective Folder & Document Control Maintain and organise the Objective Folder and Site, ensuring milestones and updates are properly recorded on DPN and DSN.Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with document control policies.Identify and resolve document inconsistencies, missing files, or outdated records.Generate reports and summaries for leadership.IT Asset Management Track and manage CoA-owned laptops, software licenses, and IT equipment.Maintain an accurate IT asset inventory, ensuring proper tracking of assignments and lifecycle status.Oversee procurement, deployment, and decommissioning of IT assets.Conduct routine audits to prevent asset misallocation and ensure compliance.Security Compliance & SharePoint Administration Ensure security compliance for documents, including access controls, version management, and retention policies.Manage SharePoint security settings to ensure appropriate user access.Review and improve SharePoint site structure for better organisation and usability.Data Transfer Request (DTR) Management Raise and monitor Data Transfer Requests (DTRs) in line with Branch frameworks and contractual requirements.Apply quality control measures for data transfers.Attend DTR workshops and provide assistance as needed.Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) Management Organise and coordinate CDRL reviews across multiple contracts.Track and monitor CDRL progress using task trackers.Coordinate clearance of CDRL comments with leadership.Qualifications & Experience Preferred Education:Cert IV in IT Management, Business Administration, Compliance, or a related field.Required Experience: 2–3 years in document control, IT asset management, or security compliance. Strong knowledge of SharePoint administration and document security. Experience conducting audit checks on IT asset management and document control.
