About the role

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for but not limited to:
Managing and mentoring a team of customer service professionals in a call center environment Monitoring performance, setting goals, and meeting KPIs Meeting client and customer needs and dealing with escalations Reporting and Analyses of Customer service data and metrics for the benefit of measuring and improving SLAs, compiling working instructions, SOP's and driving continuous improvement Project work as directed by the Customer Service Manager About you
To be considered for this role, you will need to be able to demonstrate the following qualities confidently:
Sound experience as a team leader, supervisor or coordinator position within a Customer Service or Call Centre environment Managed a small to medium team 2+ Years of proven and recent experience using Oracle or SAP – similar systems would be advantageous Understanding KPIs and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) Ability to be able to analyse and interpret data to seek performance and business improvement You will have a "Can-Do" attitude and have solid decision-making and ability to work as part of a team Reliability, Punctuality, and Commitment The benefits on offer
