Salary : Remuneration package comprising salary range of $3928.50- $4274.40 p.f. (AO5), recreational leave loading (17.5%), and employer contribution to superannuation (12.75%).

About North West Hospital and Health Service
The North West Hospital and Health Service covers an area of over 300,000 square kilometres and services the rural and remote communities within North Western Queensland and the Gulf of Carpentaria. The Health Service includes the City of Mount Isa and the towns and areas of Burketown, Camooweal, Cloncurry, Dajarra, Doomadgee, Julia Creek, Karumba, Normanton and Mornington Island.
About the role
This role facilitates and coordinates the training, education and growth of our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Workforce by ensuring quality workforce development programs aligned to the relevant carer path structure, scopes of practice and frameworks to grow our own Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander workforce.
This Indigienous workforce coordinator also liaises with external organisations to negotiate relevant training programs for our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander workforce.
Requirements
4. Under s25 of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1991, there is a genuine occupational requirement for the incumbent to be Indigenous to the Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander Community.
