Our New South Wales Infrastructure team specialises in the design of roads, bridges, drainage and general civil engineering projects. Increasingly these are in water and sewerage treatment across the Water sector as well as the Renewable Energy market, working across a range of energy transmission projects.

This opportunity will involve providing technical direction and guidance to the civil infrastructure team over their portfolio of projects along with leading the development of the team from a technical perspective. Having a keen interest in technical design documentation and quality will be valuable.
The role will see you taking a broad role across our civil engineering projects in pavement, stormwater, roading, services and utilities and earthworks design:
1. Project leadership and technical support: Provide leadership across multiple civil and roading projects, ensuring technical excellence in design, planning, and project execution.
2. Client engagement and relationship management: Act as a primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships through effective communication and responsiveness to project needs.
3. Mentorship and team development: Foster the professional growth of the team by offering mentorship, technical guidance, and career development support.
About You
You are a Chartered Civil Engineer with a strong track record of delivering multidisciplinary engineering projects within an Australian consulting environment, particularly in the Water, Energy & Defence sectors. In your career you will have developed skills in client facing roles and ability to win work through providing leadership for major bids.
You will have strong expertise in Civil 3D and demonstrated experience in growing teams and building capability in a consultancy environment.
