About you: At least 24 months of experience in fashion retail management, with a proven ability to determine the right product mix, manage stock levels, and uphold service standards.
You have a strong background in promoting and selling products, advising customers on product use, maintaining accurate stock and financial records.
You will also have some experience in visual merchandising, with the ability to interpret and execute VM directives efficiently.
You will also need to have an exceptional eye for detail and the ability to comply with brand image standards, ensuring precision and accuracy.
Proven track record of driving sales targets and analysing performance metrics to implement corrective actions, coupled with proven leadership and people management skills, retail oversight experience, expertise in change management, and a consistent history of achieving sales goals.
Demonstrated experience in staff selection, training, and supervision, along with scheduling and roster management, including proficiency in digital scheduling tools.
Down to earth attitude and customer focused approach with a high level of organisation and a can-do attitude.
Multilingual proficiency Availability to work full time including Saturdays (Tuesday to Saturday week)
