The Role As a result of continued business growth, my client has an opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Account Director to lead and manage digital accounts for some of Western Australia's top organisations. This role offers the opportunity to add value across a full range of services and gain diverse experience by working closely with cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for: Nurturing, building, and growing productive client relationships Acting as a trusted partner and adding value to every client interaction Working closely with multiple key clients to transform their business Forward planning and roadmapping activities to achieve revenue and profitability targets Collaborating with highly experienced delivery teams and specialists Required Skills and Experience Professional Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in Marketing, IT, Project Management or a related discipline (preferred) 5 years experience in a similar role, preferably with a Digital agency background Previous experience leading and mentoring a client-facing team Technical Skills: Digital Marketing & platform experience Business development expertise (retainer and new business) Strategic client engagement Stakeholder management Atlassian suite experience (preferred) Ability to work in fast-paced environments Solution-focused approach Professional Capabilities: Demonstrated experience in: Working toward growth targets Mapping budgets Mapping client success plans Proactive opportunity identification Exceptional client management and communication skills Ability to work at strategic client levels If you're ready to challenge yourself, drive digital transformation, and be part of an innovative team that makes a real difference, I would love to hear from you.
