Let’s talk about the role and responsibilities
This role will assist and support client’s ICT (Information and Communication Technology) environments by recommending best practices to follow and implement.
The responsibilities include designing, building, supporting, and continuously improving end user solutions end to end, enabling our customers to transform their business and modernize their end user experience.
* Administer and maintain client’s core EUC systems and platforms including Windows OS build, Intune, MEM, Microsoft System Centre Configuration Manager (SCCM)
* Identify service improvements, efficiencies and / or cost reductions for Capgemini’s customers
* Maintenance, upgrades, and enhancements of environment wide configurations including user policies, device policies, security policies, firmware, drivers, and automation scripts through enterprise grade endpoint management platforms
* Facilitate large and enterprise scale software deployments and application packaging
* Assist with projects as required
Let’s talk about your capability and experience
* Tertiary qualification in Information Technology (highly desirable)
* Exceptional knowledge of Windows Modern Desktop technologies
* 3 years’ IT industry experience, preferably within an IT managed service provider with 2 years’ experience in a similar SOE Engineer role
* Exceptional knowledge of Windows 10 and 11 along with good working knowledge of networking and TCP / IP, AD, DHCP, DNS
* Exceptional skills in endpoint management platforms, System Centre Configuration Manager, Intune, and Azure Virtual Desktop
* Experience with facilitating large and enterprise scale software deployments
* Experience with Project Management would be advantageous
