Role – Change Manager - Req 54519 Permanent Location: Sydney How will I help? Builds change strategies and plans tailored for the change receiver to provide clarity of key change activities and milestones, specialising in communications across multiple villages. Completes and validates change impact assessments with key stakeholders to determine the type and level of impact for people, processes and technology affected by the change. Leads the design and execution of change interventions as identified in the change plan to intentionally improve awareness and employee readiness. Evaluates change management performance through key metrics, such as end user adoption, to monitor progress and realisation of outcomes. Plan and facilitate workshops to achieve a desired outcome, using techniques that are fit for purpose for the audience and nature of the workshop. Act as an interface between delivery teams, Lines of Business & Distribution teams to ensure proposed changes are integrated seamlessly and scheduled optimally. Ensure change related risk (people, operations, organisational) is within desired levels and that risks are managed according to agreed risk frameworks by managing and leading the identification of risks. Regular status reporting as it relates to the change program/initiative including progress, risks and resourcing. What do I need? 3+ years of practical experience in the role and is working independently in complex situations and tasks. Good knowledge and application of industry frameworks (Agile) and professional standards. Communications experience essential. Proficient stakeholder management skills. Demonstrated ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts. Demonstrated knowledge of risk management and assurance concepts. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
