About the Role We have a casual and full time position available to join our Grounds Crew team. These positions will primarily be based on Hamilton Island with paid ferry transfer to and from Shute Harbour. Key responsibilities include: Focus on customer service by delivering exceptional guest experiences and consistent service, ensuring high performance and professional presentation Manage the movement of luggage and freight Maintain accurate inventory through purchase, ordering and receiving and counting of freight Assist the vessel crew in loading and unloading of freight, luggage and guests Maintain clear communication with fleet and Port of Airlie (POA) radio Ensure guest safety and satisfaction Maintaining housekeeping and cleanliness in assigned work area; all activities performed to a timely schedule. Adherence to operational procedures and Work, Health and Safety (WHS) requirements Perform any other tasks or duties as required Assist reservations team with enquiries and check ins, including issuing tickets through CustomLinc (computer based) About You The ideal candidate will be passionate and proud of the service that they deliver and be willing to go above and beyond for our guests, motivated to create ongoing memorable and unique guest experiences. You will be a team player with a demonstrated positive "can-do" attitude, have previous experience in a similar role and ability to deliver professional service. This role would ideally suit a motivated individual who is keen to grow with the company.
