The Opportunity
We’re looking for a motivated RV Salesperson to join our team in Melbourne’s South West. If you have a knack for sales, a passion for travel, and love connecting with customers—this is your chance to turn that passion into a career!

Key Accountabilities
1. Promote/sell/secure orders from prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.
2. Demonstrate products and services to existing/potential customers and assist them in selecting those best suited to their needs.
3. Actively research sources for developing new prospective customers and for relevant information to determine their potential.
4. Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
5. Expedite the successful resolution of customer issues and complaints.
6. Coordinate sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical service groups.
7. Identify opposition and compare organization’s products/services.
8. Supply management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
9. Reach agreed sales targets to be set in conjunction with the Dealer Manager.
10. Keep abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising, and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature and consulting with marketing and technical service areas.

1. Current Australian working rights.
2. Excellent customer sales and service skills.
3. Ability to identify and exceed customers’ expectations.
4. Possess an eye for detail, & have a clear commitment to working to a high standard of finish.
5. Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to operate in a collaborative working environment.
6. A can-do attitude and interest in problem solving.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
8. Good time management, task allocation and priority assignment in addition to personal organization.
