Please review the detailed job description below to determine if you are well-suited for this opportunity.Position: Sales ExecutiveKey Responsibilities:- Work hours: 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday (negociable)- Handling incoming calls and emails from internal and external contacts- Assisting in basic sales phone calls and emails- Marketing on facebook- Posting adverts and responding to enquiries on Facebook business page and marketplace, responding may be required outside of business hours- Present and organise marketing material for the business- Handling emails for accounts and operations- Following up with existing customer sales leads- Organising transport for container deliveries and pickups- Entering data into CRM and accounting system making sure our CRM data is spot on- Assisting with planning events, from organising catering to sourcing speakers and furniture for the eventYour salary will be negotiated based on your ability to complete some or all of these tasks and based on prior experience.Required Skills:- Proficiency in utilising Microsoft Office, email systems, printers, smartphones, and various applications. Candidates will undergo computer skills assessment.- Strong aptitude for learning new processes quickly- Effective and concise communication skills- Experience in creating marketing material using computers and systems- Proactive approach and ability to take initiative in problem-solving scenarios
