About the role
Protech Cairns are recruiting for a skilled and experienced Administration Officer.
You will be an integral part of the team working closely with various departments, obtaining quotes and establish and maintain project control register.
Key Duties
* Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
* Processing invoices, expense reports, and reimbursements
* Managing project documentation and S&Q's
* Answering and directing phone calls
* Establish and Maintain project control register (PCR)
* Responding to emails and other forms of communication
* Complete Records Management tasks such as batching and profiling
Skills & Attributes
* Diploma in Business or relevant experience working in an administrative/ project support role
* Strong Excel Spreadsheet experience
* Professional customer service skills
* Good eye for detail
* Strong data entry skills
* Sound oral, written communication and interpersonal skills
* Effective time and workload management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
* Candidate must be an Australian Citizen
