Your Role
* Reporting to the Property Manager, you will be responsible for daily administrative functions, including:
* Producing and managing letting agreements, trust accounting, property owner communication, maintenance invoicing, and ensuring statutory requirements are met
* Coordinating tasks between housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk staff
* Communicating with property owners, guests, and internal teams as required

* Reliable, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential company information
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years experience in an independent administration position (essential)
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (essential)
* REIQ license (preferred)
* Diploma in Administration or equivalent (preferred)
