The Financial Business Partnering Team are seeking an APS6 Finance Business Partner who can provide technical, professional, and operational support to their team and the broader Agency. The Finance Business Partnering Portfolio team is responsible for providing finance partnering services to the business as and when required. This includes the provision of strategic financial advice to assist with decision making through forecasting and reporting and act as a connection between the business and the broader Finance Branch. The key duties of the position include Where you can add value The APS6 Finance Business Partner (Professional Stream) is responsible for engaging with a variety of stakeholders, supporting financial decision and budget process, and assisting with project delivery as guided by legislation, policy, procedure, standards, methodologies and precedents. Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to: Performing end of month reporting activities, including journals preparation, transaction analysis, and reports production. Preparing and reviewing data and workforce for allocating to project through WBS allocations and providing input to project forecasts.
