Job Description
The Senior Solution Sales Exec will oversee market success of ServiceNow's Creator Workflow products, built on our market-leading Service Management platform.
Key Responsibilities
* Support strategy and solution win for specialty solution areas based on engagement model
* Contribute to territory strategy and planning to improve vertical agreement, account use case targeting, and execution
* Provide input to AE during account planning process based on territory strategy and recommendation
* Align recommendation with Now Value principles
* Support customers in envisioning digital transformation value and develop strategy with account team, customer, and partners
* Interlock with SC & Specialist SC on Capability Roadmap for feedback and agreement
* Coach AEs, ADRs, ACE with foundational specialty solution area knowledge to identify opportunities and manage sales cycle
* Customize time allocation of responsibilities to territory and account team needs
* Celebrate successes and champion diversity and belonging to contribute to open and inclusive environment
Qualifications
* 7+ years experience in return on investment of specialty solutions area to lead solution win
* Experience as an AE or alternative sales/customer service role
* Understanding of business sales processes
