TEAM Software by WorkWave is searching for a talented Strategic Account Manager who is responsible for driving revenue growth from our Tier 1 clients within the APAC region. This role will see you focus exclusively on working with the APAC Head of Growth to formulate and execute the sales strategy within your assigned verticals, owning your clients in the Tier 1 space for our workforce management and field service solutions.The Strategic Account Manager will also be a role model within the region, leading by example and working to help 'level-up' more junior members on the team in order to contribute to hitting our regional revenue and growth goals over the medium term. The correct candidate will be walking into an established pipeline with strong relationships already built.Your responsibilitiesProactively prospect, identify, qualify, and develop a sales pipeline.Work with the clients to ensure high-quality opportunities are created.Close business to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual bookings objectives.Build strong and effective relationships, resulting in growth opportunities.Maintain accurate pipeline management with expert-level forecasting.Work closely with the Professional Services team to achieve customer satisfaction.Who you areHave at least 3-5 years of experience in a quota-carrying Mid-Market or Enterprise SaaS sales role.A proven ability to drive revenue growth and over-achieve targets using a sales methodology, and can articulate how you have ensured your own success.Strong mid-market and enterprise technical sales experience with the ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology.Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to chair meetings and execute high-quality presentations.Thrive in competitive, numbers-driven, performance-based environments.Ability to provide high-value training and coaching to other team members and act as a go-to person for process knowledge.Passionate about growing your career at a global company with a local scale-up feel.Experience in ERP, Payroll or Workforce Management software advantageous.About usTEAM Software by WorkWave develops market-leading financial, operations and workforce management solutions for distributed workforces, with a focus on the cleaning and security industries.
