We have a great opportunity for a candidate to join our very dynamic, passionate and highly motivated Industrial Logistics team as a Sales & Leasing Executive.The role will require you to actively identify Sales and Leasing opportunities, generate activity in the commercial property market in Adelaide, and support the general agency department through cross-selling Knight Frank's business,
Key responsibilities:
* Actively pursue and secure new commercial listings
* Provide sale/leasing recommendations for industrial assets
* Negotiate and transact the leasing of Industrial properties
* Coordinating communications between departments, clients, external agencies and suppliers
* Attending client meetings and site inspections, taking minutes and action points
* Carry out systematic canvassing for new businesses and clients
* Gain sound general knowledge of the relevant commercial market
* Assist in the development of strategies to increase the department’s market share and improve profitability
* Fosters strategic alliances, business partnerships and relationships to better develop Knight Frank services
* Assisting with the coordination of sales and leasing campaigns including submissions, preparation of marketing material, reports, and presentations

* Professional qualifications in Property, Business or Finance (desirable)
* Certificate of Registration/Real Estate License (essential)
* Knowledge and experience of the commercial property industry
* Sound understanding of valuation and commercial property sales/leasing process
* Strong negotiation skills
* Excellent communication skills
