You will provide proactive and efficient administrative support to ensure their day to day and business is managed smoothly. This will include but not limited to diary management, arranging offsites & town hall meetings, managing expenses as well as diary and inbox commitments. To be effective in this role you will need to exercise initiative, resilience, be able to work autonomously, independently and be proactive in your role.Based in our CommBank Eveleigh office, we offer hybrid working with 50% in-office connection.Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to :Diary & Email Management – Oversee a complex schedule, prioritising commitments and ensuring seamless daily operationsGatekeeping & Communication – Manage correspondence, filter requests, and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholdersTravel Coordination – Arrange detailed domestic and international travel itinerariesMeeting management – Prepare agendas, reports, presentations and arrange meeting room bookingsEvent management – Arranging events / functions / offsites / team building eventsStakeholder Management – Act as a trusted liaison between the External and internal / external contactsEstablish and maintain strong, effective, strategic and appropriate working relationships within business partners, EAs and other stakeholdersRisk management – Provide HR support and assist with recruitment requests, staff exits, onboarding / offboarding, and adhering to the Group’s policies and proceduresProvide ad hoc administrative support to the wider teamWe're interested in hearing from people who have :Previous experience supporting similar Executives as an Executive AssistantA proactive working style with ability to pre-empt needs and take initiative to get things doneExceptional attention to detail and Superior skills in Microsoft Office suiteA high level of discretion and confidentialityAbility to build relationships, is highly personable with excellent communication skillsAbility to manage workflow, priorities, work well under pressure and be flexibleHigh level of pragmatic professionalism – face to face, over the phone and through correspondenceIf this sounds like you, apply now!
