Randstad are currently seeking multiple Customer Service Representatives to join a well known client in Adelaide.
These are full time permanent positions and the hours of work will be Monday to Friday on a rotating roster, with potential for a hybrid work model once fully trained and self sufficient. This is a 6 month casual contract with the potential for extension if you are the right fit for the role!
The main core of this role is to provide excellent customer service satisfaction whilst assisting in managing a large number of claims that need to be investigated in relation to deceased estates. You will be working in a dynamic, fast-paced and high-volume environment within a culture and working environment unlike any other.
The ideal candidate will have:
Background in banking, finance or insurance or within a contact centre
Professionalism and empathy when handling inbound and outbound calls
Possess strong communication skills with the ability to to show empathy and compassion
Proven examples of strong customer focus and dispute resolution
Have capability to assist customers in a timely and efficient manner
Undertake administrative duties as required
Possess high degree of attention to detail and accuracy
