Sales Coordinator Role
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic sales professional to join our team as a Sales Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth and building relationships in our charter and special event business.
About the Role:
* Drive sales growth and deliver exceptional service in our charter business.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
* Explore fresh market opportunities and refine existing business strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and expand charter business in the region, driving sales and fostering growth.
* Identify new market opportunities and refine existing business strategies in collaboration with the Sales Manager.
* Conduct market research to stay ahead of competitors and maintain a competitive edge.
* Work closely with Operations Controllers to ensure effective charter allocations.
* Coordinate with workshop and cleaning teams to meet large charter requirements.
* Build and maintain relationships with clients, schools, employees, and the broader community to deliver services that exceed expectations.
* Prepare accurate and timely ad-hoc reports for the Sales Manager as needed.
About You:
* You have significant experience in sales and marketing, which is more important than tertiary qualifications.
* You possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* You have strong numerical and analytical abilities.
* You have a self-motivated, positive, and adaptable approach to a fast-paced and evolving environment.
* You are proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
