Barwon Health is committed to developing a vibrant culture of education, training and research that advances health and wellbeing for all.About the roleAdministration Officer: Join a high performing, committed, and flexible administration team supporting Allied Health services.As the Administration Officer, you will oversee administrative operations across acute allied health outpatient and inpatient services, ensuring seamless coordination and exceptional customer service.Key Responsibilities:Lead and support a high-performing administration team.Provide exceptional customer service to patients and the public accessing Allied Health services.Oversee administrative support for Allied Health departments, including Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Dietetics, Speech Pathology, Audiology, Psychology, and Podiatry.Manage data entry tasks efficiently and within agreed timeframes.Take accountability for the daily operations of the Allied Health Office, with and without management referral.Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Team Leader: Take the lead in driving excellence in administrative support across Allied Health services.As the Allied Health Administration Team Leader, you will oversee and coordinate multiple administrative teams across Acute Allied Health Outpatients and Inpatients.
