YOUR ROLE:
Join us today as an Industrial Master Planner, in a dynamic role which will see you develop, manage and monitor procurement and production/repair plans in accordance with demand, from internal order validation to delivery through collaboration of the entire industry. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, the Master Planner is the guarantor of the industrial response to the demand expressed by internal customers, in compliance with time, cost and quality and inventory objectives set within the budgetary framework (load/capability balance).
Working at either of our Benalla or Mulwala site, on Pangerang and Yorta Yorta Land, your day to day responsibilities include:
7. Participate in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) through supply reviews: assisting with development of the Industrial Plan and demand/forecast management, contributing to supply planning and workload/capacity planning.
8. Ensure consistency between the Supply Plan and the Demand Plan and propose an industrial response (production planning for finished products and repairs) to demand.
9. Verify that the industrial organisation can meet demand (supply chain, capacity/workload analysis, transit time), within a set budget framework.
10. Manage a team of Industrial Planners as a Functional Manager and coordinate their activities and resolve any bottlenecks.
YOUR EXPERIENCE:
11. Mastery of Industrial Information Systems (in particular ERP, Materials Requirements Planning (MRP), Production Lifecycle Management (PLM).
12. Proven experience and knowledge of the supply chain, procurement process and flows and S&OP process.
13. Adept knowledge in industrial management and Lean Manufacturing and implementation of continuous improvement tools
14. Use of digital tools/dashboards to manage your activity (analyses, decision support).
