Salary: Level 3, $74,586 - $80,014 per annum (pro-rata) (DOE (SSO) CA 2022)

The role of the Technical Support Officer (TSO) is to maintain the school’s Information and Communication Technology (ICT) systems and network, ensuring reliability and sustainability to enhance the learning environment.
The successful applicant will provide advice on technical issues and collaborate with administration to maintain and develop the network system. They will also provide technical support and training to all users throughout the school site on various software applications and provide access to systems and resources. In this role, the TSO will be responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance of information systems and ICT equipment in accordance with the school business needs and Department of Education policies and guidelines. This includes maintaining accurate records of ICT assets and resources and the development, implementation, and monitoring of a replacement plan.
Minimum Requirements:
* be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident or have a valid visa with relevant work rights for the term of the appointment.
* obtain a valid Working With Children Check before you start; and
* consent to a National Criminal History Check with the Department's Screening Unit.
