Key Responsibilities:
* Lead our Nursery Room: As the Nursery Room Leader, you'll collaborate with a passionate team of two Diploma educators and one Cert III educator, creating a nurturing space for our little ones.
* Dedicated Programming Time: Enjoy 3 hours of focused programming each week, with the opportunity to complete 1-2 hours from the comfort of your home to develop engaging activities.
* Flexible Shifts: Work set shifts within our core business hours, from 8am to 4:30pm, allowing you to maintain a balanced lifestyle.
* Thriving Nursery Rooms: Two nursery rooms, accommodating 12 and 16 children daily, where your leadership will foster a safe and joyful learning atmosphere.
* Creative Planning Spaces: Utilise our two separate planning rooms designed to ignite creativity and collaboration among educators.
* Relaxing Breaks: Unwind in our dedicated lunchroom during your breaks, ensuring you recharge for the exciting day ahead.
* Convenient Location: Our centre operates from 6:30am to 6:30pm, strategically located next to a bustling shopping precinct filled with cafes, bakeries, takeaways, and more.

Minimum Requirements:
* Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved)
* Current NSW Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification
* New South Wales - Hold active accreditation with NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA)
