About the role As the Boutique Manager of our Flagship Store in Westfield Bondi Junction, you'll lead our retail team to excellence while embodying the empowering culture of Arms Of Eve. Your role is to create a positive and engaging shopping experience, drive sales, manage client relationships and oversee store operations. Key responsibilities Customer Service Excellence: Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service and creating a warm, memorable in-store experience. Brand Ambassador: Build and nurture relationships with customers, embodying and promoting our brand spirit to cultivate a loyal customer base. Sales and Performance: Drive sales and exceed targets by maintaining high visual merchandising standards, sharing in-depth product knowledge and implementing effective sales strategies. Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels and replenishment processes to ensure the store remains well-stocked and visually appealing. Visual Merchandising: Ensure that visual merchandising standards and directives are consistently implemented and maintained. Store Operations: Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling and administrative tasks. Loss Prevention: Monitor store activities to prevent and address potential loss or theft. Customer Feedback: Collect and analyse customer feedback to refine product offerings and enhance overall service quality.
