About the Role
You will play a vital part in our team by:
* Creating an inviting atmosphere for customers in our showroom.
* Responding to phone and email inquiries about our stone range, providing accurate and up-to-date information.
* Liaising with project stakeholders to deliver timely and relevant support on samples, quotes, and lead times.
* Engaging with customers to understand their tastes, budget, and timeline, tailoring a selection of natural stone products to meet their needs.
* Coordinating administrative tasks such as processing customer orders, managing stock control, and supporting our external stone sales team.
* Maintaining the showroom's immaculate appearance at all times, including replenishing brochures, restocking items, and tidying.
