If you're driven to succeed and eager to learn and grow, this role is perfect for you.As the Inside Sales Specialist, you will:Work closely with our newest Vendors to provide top-notch sales and administrative support to our channel community.Manage Vendor Portals, including deal registration and opportunity management.Onboard new partners to NEXTGEN following our administrative processes.Assist the Vendors ANZ Channels team in business development activities, including quoting and enablement, alongside our Cyber team and Technical Accounts Directors.Collaborate with Vendors and NEXTGEN marketing teams to deliver events and marketing coverage for our partner community.Address pre-sales and post-sales queries from our channel partners, finding solutions to meet End User customer expectations.Keep the Vendor informed about new and aging opportunities with regular follow-ups and pipeline reviews.Handle customer inquiries, both from existing clients and new prospects.Maintain our CRM system.Prepare and facilitate weekly sales meetings.QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About youThe ideal Inside Sales Specialist:Strong customer focus with keen attention to detail and a sense of urgency to achieve results.Excellent communication skills, both written and exceptional phone etiquette.Ability to take initiative and work proactively with minimal supervision.High-level organizational skills, excellent time management, and the ability to prioritize work effectively.Highly Regarded Skills:Telephone sales experience would be a plus.An interest in emerging technology, especially in Cyber Security, cloud infrastructure, software development, or related products, will also be considered.Why work for usInnovative Environment: Be at the cutting edge of technology, working with top-tier vendors and solutions.Continuous Learning: Every day presents new opportunities to learn and grow in the cybersecurity field.Career Development: Gain valuable experience and skills that will advance your career in technology.Supportive Team: Join a team that values collaboration, innovation, and personal development.
