We have over 150 people across a range of specialist functions that ensures we continue to innovate and work effectively in all areas of the business.Your RoleReporting into the Infrastructure Team Leader, this role is responsible for providing level 2 services within the infrastructure support team including managing and supporting the technologies used in operations and delivery of the function.As a System Administrator, you will manage the day-to-day operation of the infrastructure service line for all server, storage, backup, cloud and on-premises infrastructure and act as an escalation point for incidents and service requests. Your professionalism, pragmatic and strategic approach will ensure excellence in IT support services, documentation, optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesManagement of cloud and on-premise infrastructureResource and fault monitoringCreate and maintain Infrastructure standards, policies and proceduresContribute to the development of strategies for delivering the Infrastructure services including continuous improvement initiativesSkills & ExperienceTertiary qualifications and previous experience in a technical role supporting server infrastructure within a large and complex environmentITIL certifiedSolid background in Infrastructure technologies including (but not limited to) Server Virtualisation (Microsoft Azure/ VMware / Hyper-V), Server Operating System management (Windows Server/ Linux), Active Directory / Azure Active Directory, Azure Virtual networks/ Network security groups, Patch/ Vulnerability management (SCCM) and Storage systems (Physical, Azure Blob storage / Managed disks, Azure Netapp Files)Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsAbility to work under pressure and strong problem solving skillsCertified in one of the following: AZ900 - Azure Fundamentals, AZ104 - Azure Administrator Associate and AZ305 - Designing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions (advantageous)How to applyWe are looking to speak with you asap, please apply online!
